How it works
Enrollment is automatic when you create an account in Gingr, your customer portal.
Earn points on every visit. Every dollar you spend earns one reward point.
Collect 250 points and earn a $5 credit. Credits may be used for any service we offer.
Redemption is easy too! At check-out, ask the Host to apply earned credits for on-the-spot reward savings.
Points are earned by account owner on fully paid boarding, daycare, grooming, and training services. Retail sales do not accrue points. Points are valid for one year from date earned, may be utilized at any location within the brand, for any pet on the account, and are only redeemable at checkout. Points have no cash value. Loyalty credits may only be redeemed in $5 increments and may not be used for retail purchases.
